Hmmm. . . you should give this one a try with just a 1/2tbsp of the curry paste- won't be too spicy and the recipe would be great with tofu. . . .

Ugh curry - Thai and Indian types were always too hot or too "metallic" tasting. Once found a sweet curry that I used many years ago for a tofu dish - quite good. You and Steven really to have very adventuresome palettes! How great - makes for a wide variety of meals.
